As an educator, Robyn has honed their skills in designing creative, engaging, and interactive experiences that center participant learning. As a facilitator, Robyn is able to sense and interpret the ever shifting ecology of a group and highlight areas of strength and growth as needed. As a change consultant, Robyn has developed an approach to fostering growth and change that invites a sharing of collective wisdom from all community members.

Knowledge

Robyn’s knowledge of counseling, conflict resolution, decision making concepts, and problem solving approaches dovetail to produce a leader who is adaptable in the face of dynamic and evolving situations. There are various bodies of knowledge with which Robyn holds in depth familiarity that inform these abilities.

Approach

Robyn envisions a world where all people experience connection with others that is free of oppressive narratives. Their work is centered on promoting ideas, relationships, practices, and approaches that untangle people from the tendrils of oppression. There are four approaches from which Robyn draws upon to inform their work:
